Trying to open a Pop Up Box?

I am trying to ask a question about Excel, in Microsoft Forums but each time I try I get Pop Up has been Blocked. I have tried all sorts to open the box but failed (Switched Off Block Up etc). Any ideas how I can do this

Hold down the CTRL key when clicking the reply button.

If you want to add it as a trusted site that doesn't block pop-ups, click on the little box that appears in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen(when the pop-up is blocked) and you can disable the blocker for that particular site.

Go somewhere that does not use pop-ups.

No decent site uses pop-ups these days (except MS of course .. or sorry, I said decent site)
