I found them to be calmer and more friendly. Even the ones trying to beg for money knew when to back off. found the people much prettier than the greeks and even the spanish. Discuss.

I have turkish friends that are the most wonderful, friendly, and out going people I know, next to the Egyptians. I would dearly love to visit Turkey some day to experience not only the people, but the culture as well. I dont know of any Turks that begged for money, they were all either studens or business owners.

First I want to correct Jimmy's mistake.Turkey is not a Middle Eastern country but European one.Turkish people are very friendly,hospitable.I think this is partly because of being Mediterranean country and (of course ) because of their moral values and customs.

I recently returned from a Mediterranean vacation. I thought people in Greece and Turkey both to be very nice and friendly much more so than Egypt and Italy.
