Okay, so i started my first period yesterday. It was red, duh--but it wasn't really a heavy flow. But i was just wondering why it turned brown today. I mean the brown mens?? The sticky stuff you get before or after your regular period. So, is this normal? I mean I've had brown mens since Saturday up to Sunday..and as i said, i had my first menstruation yesterday (monday). i mean, it's kinda weird to end your cycle at once. i've only had the red one for like one day! so is this normal? does that mean that my period for this month has ended? or is it still gonna come back a little later this week>?

Brown blood just means old blood, but since you are just starting out it is normal to have some irregularity for a time because the body is trying to adjust to the changes going on inside of it.
I would recommend discussing your concerns with your mom as well.

This is normal. If you are still having problems in 3 days, see the doc

brown probably just means older blood
