Quite a bit. But not to the point where I lose a sense of self or forget to take care of me. Because I can't care for those I love if I don't take good care of myself. And at the end of the day how you feel about yourself is what really matters.

Most of my life is spent trying to make my family happy and to do simply what I think is best, such as doing a good job for my boss and keeping the house clean and I do these things to the best of my ability with the tools that I have, and I also do them because I enjoy doing them....unfortunately it leads to personal unhappiness if what I do goes unappreciated for too long a time...and in my frustration I have pushed people away...

I'm a professional care giver, its what I do day in day out. Its a very demanding job, and draining emotionally..... so easy to burn out if you don't take care of your own needs. I'm single, so the taking care of other people's needs is something I leave at work.
