If the baby is healthy, so matter what sex it is, you will not be crushed. If the baby has health problems that require an extensive hospital stay, you may very well be crushed. Try to keep things in perspective.

Normally people will accept whatever they get for their first child. Maybe they hope to get what they want for the 2nd. But can we guarantee - like 100 % that we will get (even with techno help) what we want??? Dont think too much on the gender. U should wish 4 a healthy and perfect (meaning not handicap) child. U should be thankful and contented with that. At least I do. Good luck.

How will he cope with his being pregnant? Seriously though
you will be delighted as long as the child is born. Believe me. In this case God knows best. If you have normal prenatal care you will know when they scan you anyway. It may be twins! Having had both they each have their unique ways. God's timing is perfect. Learn to understand this and you will get excited. Just view the baby as a new friend.

Hun, when the moment comes that your baby is placed in your arms, the only thing you will be worried about is that your baby is healthy, not the sex. There are people out there who are unfortunately not able to have a child at all so you should realise just how lucky you are.

Well at least you have a 50/50 chance. Some parents never accept a child, because he/she is not the preferred sex. Maybe you will just be one of these parents and have to try again. If I were you I would just hope he/she is healthy. Our first child (a boy) was/is not. (cerebral palsy)

Congradulation! learn to accept it, very soon, you will learn to accept that you are a mother and he is a father. In a long run, many things will come in so differently from your courtship and childless days, that is life, accept it as it come ya.
Prepare milk, pamper, babycot, babyfood, clothe and also argueing over baby matters, nite waking etc etc, coming soon...learn to accept it happily.

its natural to want a child of a certain sex. just dont keep on about it. but even those who have chidren of the sex they didn't prefer generally come to love the one they got. i think that is possible because choosing to be a parent means u already have all the love u need in ur heart.
