Yes internet has changed my life positively , I was not good in studies in my time , I was having lots of creative which I can’t explore due to less platform , but now I m using internet from more then 7 years and I improved my self .

I am a professional web designer, and I also work in graphics, and other bonus points are I am stepping my self with this growing up world. And still day by day learning more only the source is Net.

Only one negative is with me I can’t stay without login on net its must for everyday even if I am not working on my job. But I think its not that bad isn’t it.

I think computer & internet is the one of the best discovery of over time. And still we have to see more and more…

Positive because everyone has access to information at their fingertips.

Negative because lots of people get addicted / glued to the internet and miss out on good old fashioned fresh air pursuits. There are many people who get home from work and immediately turn the computer on. This goes on till late at night. Then they sleep, get up next day, go back to work and so the cycle continues. This is really disgusting especially for the families of such people.
A lot of people stop reading because of their dependence on the internet.

Overall it is an excellent development.

The Internet to me is a one of the best things invented next to electricity and life :D.
The second your on-line its like your on a journey which just may never end.Almost everyday i find something new and interesting and the wealth of information available is just immense.Do notice i say information and not wisdom,wisdom through the Internet is seldom got but once you have it might as well use it.:P

Another thing is the immense communities i could visit and the various support groups,
The second i got my first PDA,all i knew was that it could take notes and the touch-screen(yay!!!! :P) , but the second i found the best Handheld forum i was amazed at what all my Palmtop could do,in short what id like to say is that the internet gives a whole new spin on the most mundane of things.
And as i said it was a community so i could get to chat and discuss and argue with a host of people and it increased my view of life other than where i live in and such and it also garnered me quite a few friends all over the globe.
It also increased my knowledge of stuff and improved what i already knew,i am quite into graphics and stuff and the net helped with letting me see other works and i got tips how to improve my own,heck i even got paid online for quite a few personalized stuff that i made! :D

But then again as everything has its ups and downs,so does the Internet.
To start off it gave a huger medium for perverts and degenerates and racists to creep in.
Heck i see quite a few here as well who quite well misuse the site with questions like
"How do i get address from mobile Phone no.?"(seriously u into stalking dude?)
"How do i get master password for a Nokia Phone?"(and to what good end would one need this?)
And then you have Social Communities with Squeakers(http://www.ctrlaltdel-online.com/comic.php?d=20060821)
And its own Bunch of perverts who message people with obscenities just to get a reply back.
This is apart from the spam(yahoo does a bad job at it compared to google),and the phishing and stuff.

But as long as you know how to protect yourself from such stuff and have a suitable perspective of black , white and grey areas then im guessing a user is quite safe!

Video Blogging and Video Sites,Youtube was one miracle of a site where i could almost get a preview of ANY movie/Video i wanted and a heck load of shows not available in my country along with some seriously entertaining stuff.

But with sense and sensibilities i think the internet is already quite a safe place.

But for the very young people who just begin out , i think they ought be seriously advised on surfing the net.

He changes it has made to me negatively might be that i spend more time here than elsewhere but hey if you like something be it intellectual or physical you tend to spend more time on it.But as always there is a limit and i hope i have not crossed it :D

mine was are you addicted to the net?
not only did i confirm that i was addicted to the net.
But it has become my whole life.
I don"t have time to eat or sleep it seems.
I got to be at this screen where i can get answers, sounds, colors,bounchy.spining things.emails.talk live to a real person.
This is my world now.
My biggest fear is computer crashing and having to waste those minutes to repair until i get back to all the answers, sounds, colors,bounchy.spining things.emails.talk live to a real person.

If you use is for positive terms, you will get lots of benefits like quick communications, search, etc.

Negative, it has done more than positive,, more poeople specially youth waste their time with sex website, **** materials, chatting, flirting..etc.
