Almost all countries have electricity of some sort. I. I live in Mexico and we have electricity. I have been to Korea, Japan, England, Germany, France and Italy.

Electricity of found in India, Middle East and much of Africa.

Electricity is available in some form or another, just about everywhere.

WHEN YOU WANT TO THINK OF SOMETHING THAT NOT EVERYONE HAS. THINK THAT MANY PEOPLE EAT ONLY ONCE A DAY AND DO NOT HAVE WATER THAT THEY CAN DRINK. THESE ARE REAL PROBLEMS.

Categorize your question in "JOKES & RIDDLES".
So that "your" joke will eventually be a real "joke".
