I'm trying to pick a movie or two to go see but I can't seem to make up my mind so if you've seen any of the following movies, just tell me if they're worth seeing or not :) thanks!
Alpha Dog, Blades of Glory, Fracture, Next, Perfect Stranger, Spiderman 3 or The Host.

Thanks again.

I've seen them all, here's the scoop.

Alpha Dog: 2 stars, based on a true story but still a helluva downer, almost walked out of the theater, didn't want to see happen what I knew would happen.

Blades of Glory: 2 stars, if you love Will Ferrell you'll love this movie. There are some funny spots (and a few REALLY funny spots) but there are also many 'uh that's really not that funny' parts, too.

Fracture: 2 and a half stars, once again Anthony Hopkins maximizes what he is given to work with and is a joy to watch. Ryan Gosling isn't half bad, either. Not a great movie, but watchable.

Next: 2 and a half stars. I may be in the minority on this one, but I kind of liked this movie. Nicholas Cage is pretty much the same guy in every movie--but that's not always a bad thing. This one is definitely better than Ghostrider (which may not be saying much).

Perfect Stranger: 1 star, perfectly dreadful, what a waste of talent. Don't waste two hours watching this film--you'll never get it back. Did I mention this is a steaming pile of...

Spiderman 3: 2 and a half stars, if it weren't for the spectacular special effects, this movie would be extremely mediocre. S1 was the best, S2 was a close second, S3 is a clear number three in the (so far) trilogy.

The Host: 3 stars, I'm really liking the feel of foreign films the last last year or so. Pan's Labyrinth was great, The Host is very good as well. It's in subtitles, so if you don't want to read your movie (and let's face it, it can be a distraction) you might want to wait for this one on video.

See them in this order: The Host, Spiderman 3 (it is a nice piece of eye candy), and then Fracture if you have time for a third.

Or, if you haven't seen it yet and you still can in your area, go see 300 instead. Then see it again. It is a far, far superior movie to any listed above.

I watched Alpha Dog yesterday. Don't see it unless your willing to walk away sad. It doesn't end well.

I've heard mediocre reviews for Spiderman 3 and Blades of Glory. As to the rest, it is kind of a toss up.

If it were me, I'd go to Spiderman 3.

Hope this helps!

I herd that Blades of Glory was funny as hell. Next is an OK movie, Spider Man 3 was the worst movie ever!!!
Last Saturday I saw 28 weeks later (wow) awesome movie.

Blades is funny in a "omg!!!" sort of way.....Fracture was very good and Next is one that I've heard bad things about but haven't seen. The rest I know noting on except for the same so-so reviews everyone else has heard on SM3.

spiderman 3 is awesome. But quite scary for the kids - its much darker this time (more evil monsters) and lots more action than the other two.
I liked this one the best.

Blades of Glory if you want to laugh...

Spiderman 3 if you want to be disappointed...
and to the person who said Alpha Dog "ends badly"
it was based on a true story... duh... that's how the story ended

the Host, because I've seen all the others and they sucked. Maybe Host won't too. Good luck
