The only solution is that you need to be patient...everyone is different and your job requires meeting all type of people and experience teaches everything..you will be able to handle everyone more efficiently after some time when you will be more experienced...do meditation and breathing exercises to overcome stress...good luck

Depends on what type position you hold.

A good rule of thumb is to never take anything the customer says personally. They may just have experienced a bad day. Usually you would apologize for the inconvenience or mistake, tell them that you will do your best to rectify the situation, and remain calm regardless of their attitude. If they begin to cuss, step back quietly and do not respond. When they have completed blowing off steam, you resume trying to handle the situation. If necessary, offer to call a supervisor.
