I'm 15 and weigh close to 185 pounds. My shoulders are broad and I'm naturally curvy. My body's somewhat like Beyonce and I guess I'll never be skinny. I really wana start loosing wieght and look good, but I loose motivation when I think about the number of kilos I have to drop and the fact that I'll never look good.
However, people say I look tough and will deffinetly look good if I tone up.
How and where do I start?
I think I eat alot of carbo- white bread and rice.
How do I start loosing weight??
I really wana start being able to fit into clothes and be a carefree teenager like everyone else.

One way to loose weight is to walk for 30 minutes everyday. The key is to do it. Now I am not going to tell you that you will see results the first couple of weeks but after a few months there will be a difference...I lost 25 pounds just by walking within 6 months. And remember...
HEALTHY weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. GOOD LUCK!!

The best thing I can advise you to do is accept your body's limitations. If you're shaped like Beyonce, don't expect to ever look like Hilary Duff. Enjoy your curves. That's what I've learned to do. But you can be healthy, too! Sign up for a fun exercise class, like yoga or pilates, and stick to it! Or take a water aerboics class...I've been taking one of those for years, and they're really fun! These exercise classes will probably only meet once or twice a week, so you will need to supplement with your own workouts. I recommend just wlaking for about 30 minutes a day. You shoul4d also try substituting .water any time you would normally have a soda. One class of Coke is about 200 calories, and considering you only need 1800-2000 a day, all the Cokes and Sprites and Mello Yellos can really add up...as jiggle in your thighs. You'll find after a month of drinking water instead of sweet drinks you'll definitely lose a few pounds and have more energy for those exercise classes. Those are my two easiest tips. You can eat the foods you like, as long as you ensure your total caloric intake is not more than 2000 a day, exercise 30 minutes daily, and drink water rather than sodas, and you'll lose some weight and be more healthy.

First of all cut out all of that white bread and rice. Starchy foods usually put weight on. Cut out sweets, eat wheat bread instead of white. Eat fruits and vegetables, and very lean meats, and/or chicken. No fried foods, only baked, broiled, boiled or steamed. No pop unless it is diet type. Plenty of water before every meal and all day long. Exercise about 4 times a week for at least 1/2 hour. Push ups, sit ups, bending from the waist to touch your toes, and leg lifts. Start off slowly with the exercise, and build up to more repetitions. Get a calorie book and keep track of your calorie intake.

The best way to lose weight is to ask your doctor for some dieting advice. He will be able to tell you about how many calories per day you should be getting in order to lose weight. He will probably recommend a good diet, and some exercises, as well.

Good Luck!!!

I usually use these magazines. The first link they have free workout videos (I've used)

Also, you might want to talk to your parents about this. You're only 15. I'm pretty sure you don't do all the grocery shopping. Start eating more fruits and veggies and switch from white to wheat. They even make frozen pizzas with whole wheat. Start excercising (walk/jog) and eating right and your on your way!

don't cut the white bread and rice out- just limit yourself on it. That's why most diet fails, because people go on this ridiculous regimen and once they drop the weight they start eating back their favorite foods etc and their weigh doubles.
