Everyone knows how Barkley is a Spur's fan. I thought it was clever as hell to use that reverse psychology tonight on the audience. I loved the way he pointed out how he used the "checking in excuse" when it happened to him and by asking a active NBA (Shaq) player how he felt the answer was going to be obvious. Did anyone else catch on to this or am I delusional?

I didn't put the definition of reverse psychology on here, because I assumed everyone knew what this meant. I quess not. That doesn't mean I'm right I just had a theory.

Yeah, I am sure he can relate to this in alot of ways being a legend player and all. Most of the time he is full of crap but I will have to take his side on this one. I personally did not see Amare checking in so he will probably get suspended which clearly is not fair but that is the NBA rule. If they don't enforce it then their going to establish precedence and that would be negating the whole rule in the first place. I think the rule should be languaged differently. Perhaps along the lines of saying that if another bench player or players attacks an opponent then they should get suspended. The rule now is rediculous because obviously the team wants to protect eachother especially their star player. Shaq what an idiot saying you do the crime, you do the time. Stoudemaire was better off decking someone then if he's going to be suspended anyway. If he is suspended the series will obviously be 3-2 the Spurs which would be unfair.

Sorry. You're delusional. Here's why:

First, take this as truth- if your coach tells you to check in at the next foul, YOU GOT TO THE TABLE THEN. (not after the foul)

Second, Amare didn't even move until nash hit the deck.

Third, he lost the little credibility he had there by claiming he couldn't see anything that happened to Nash (because he was going to check in at the very same scorer's table that Nash smashed into.)

Fourth, Chuck was the ONLY one who said Amare and Boris SHOULDN"T get suspended (Shaq, EJ and the Kenny said they should)
