Since your contract is a "limited" one for three years, you cannot able to move to the new place until your current employer is ready to provide you the release. Even if your new employer is willing to arrange a new visa for you, your present employer can put six months ban on your passport at the time of visa cancellation.

Try to convince him in a nice way, if he is agreed then you can proceed with the transfer of sponsorship procedures. Better you can contact your PRO for proper advice.

Good luck.

You have to make sure that your boss/HR will give you "NO-Objections Letter" - in this case you can easily transfer your current resident visa to the new sponsored... ( or same- cancell present resident visa without any ban and get a new visa from new sponsor)..

But it depends on your boss..

It depends as well how your present company is registered.. Emigration ban does not exist, but labour ban exists.

For example hotels are registering through emigration dept ( not through labor office)- in this case no ban will be issued on a visa if u wanna resign. With companies which are registered through labour office- ban can be put ( as it is still exists) if you company wants to ban you..
