What type of birth control?

How long have you been bleeding?

Call your doctor who prescribed the birth control and ask them their advice.

It could be from a couple of things, one is: If you have only been on it a month or two - give it some time it can take up to 3 months for your body to adjust to it.
another is: You could be bleeding because you're not consistant with what time you take it, the pill works best if you take it at the same time of day and some people are sensitive enough to spot even if they take it 15 min. late.
Or it could be that this pill is just not right for you, sometimes it may take some tries to find one your body likes, call your doctors office to ask for a different one and ask if they want you to finish out the pack your on before switching to the new one. -c

I would think you would stop by stopping the birth control. You need to contact the doctor who gave them to you immediately.
