I had that type of pain with my 3rd pregnancy. I found some relief by laying on a folded quilt on my back with my legs propped up on the coffee table. I put a pillow under my hips so I tilted back a bit. The doctor said it was from the baby pressing down on my pelvic floor and it pinched nerves that led to my nether regions!
Now laying on your back can only be done for short periods because of the compression to the blood vessels that it causes. I alternated turning to my left side with a pillow between my legs.
I wish you the best of luck with this!

Your pelvic bone is probably loosening up. It sounds weird, but massage your "lips" until the pinching sensation stops. I had what sounds like the same thing with all three babies. It almost felt like pinching and then it would be just downright painful. And pulling and massaging your "lips" will also come in handy during delivery when you're trying to pass a softball through a straw. I have had three babes and had no need for an episotomy (sp?) You're gonna be so uncomfortable for the next 8 weeks or so, so just remember it's not a forever thing.
Another thing I did when sleeping was I'd lay on my left side (prevents heartburn) and stretch my left arm out behind me and have lots of sturdy pillows behind me and one underneath my belly, and between my legs and one under my arm, sorta between my boob region. Take care and sleep as much as you can for now. and take your vitamins. good luck mommy to be.

I had this but even worse than you described, I had excruciating pain on my (what felt like) my vagina!! It was so bad, my doctor prescribed me vicodin, and I had to take 2 to 4 pills a day for the last month of pregnancy, " I know that sounds weird, but my doctor said it was okay to take. But let me also tell you that I had a fat baby!, he was 8.13, and he came out 1 week early. perfectly healthy! ♥

Sweetie you are dilating. There is nothing you can do to stop the pain, but I am concerned that you are having these symptoms at only 32 weeks.

It sounds like the baby is pinching off a nerve. It hurts severely. Definitely bring it up to your doctor tomorrow. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

It seems you have a big and heavy baby. Definitely it is too painful for you to bear. Please see your doctor real soon. Take care!
