You actually want a true answer, no BS?
We do, each and every day. Civil Affairs Battalions investigate civilian claims of deaths caused by our military. With little more than a verifiable death, time and location of a verifiable conflict involving our forces, they (We) reimburse for each death about $3000 US dollars for each dead civilian death we cause (or MAY have caused). We do this in Afghanistan as well.
That's the honest answer, Jack.
But BS is your middle name. We haven't caused anywhere near that number. Try a few thousand, by our weapons.
I should add that $3000 US is equal to the buying power of about $60,000 in Iraq, where the average Doctor earns about $150 (US) per month.

I don't think we'll have to worry about that, since the civilian death count in Iraq since its liberation is around 60,000. If you're too tired to do the math, 60,000 is far fewer than 800,000.
And that's 60,000 total. That includes the civilians that terrorists have indiscrimately killed in various attacks. That included the deplorable beings who put two children in the back seat of their vehicle, and then blew it up.

should we then go back and compensate those who died in Viet-Nam, Korea, WWII, WW I, the Spanish-American War, and the Revolution? HOw far would you like to take this back? Should the Romans be made to compensate those that they defeated in war? Perhaps compensations should be made for the Crusades as well.

Well, since the 800,000 is a made up number.
Then the US government compensated each family with $1,000,000 and 3 goats.

First of all, prove that the US killed 800,000 people in Iraq.
Second, they aren't getting anything else from us. We are rebuilding their frickin' country without the help of the Iraqi government. Let the GoI compensate the people.
