Depends on the game. Game FAQS (www.gamefaqs.com) may have something on the game you're looking for, though if the game is a massively multiplayer online game, 3rd party programs are typically against the EULA and may result in a ban from the game; your best bet then would be to find an emulator server, which is often more buggy and updated less frequently than the normal servers.

The best way to "cheat" on many of the games at Pogo is to simply practice, practice, practice...
For example, to get good at QWERTY (one of my personal faves) - simply choose to practice against the computer. You can also learn a lot of strategies simply by playing against different (skill) levels of opponents.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you're looking for a program to simply generate you tokens without even playing a game, then you are out of luck - you can be charged for fraud, have your computer seized, etc.
Besides, what good are all those tokens going to do you - if you go and use five million tokens to win one of the prizes/draws, don't you think they will investigate how someone who has spent very little time on the site managed to generate so much...
Basically, you are trying to steal from the company that runs the site (Electronic Arts, who makes billions a year - and can easily afford to prosecute you).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you REALLY want to find one of these programs, try any file sharing program - if it exists (and I have never heard of any for Pogo games), then you'll have your best chance there.
And best of luck not getting caught using it - you are certainly going to need it ;);)

Online games? I'm sorry, I can't give this a real answer, cheating on online games is deplorable. If you want cheats for singleplayer games, I'd answer that.
