have sex or do something like that . take shower ,read a book for 15 min , turn off everything , no noises , no thinking , just sleep

use bed just for sleep
don't ever sit or do anything like that on bed , it's help you to remind bed is equal sleep

if you don't asleep after 30 minutes , getup go to another room and read a book for 20-30 min , then back to room and sleep

it works , try it

it sounds like you have a case of insomnia. Those medicines do have a drowsy effect but I'm not sure how safe it would be to take as a sleep aid. You may want to drink some hot herbal tea. Rather than take any of those, you should try taking 3 mg of melatonin at bedtime. If you live somewhere where you can't get it (like Canada, for instance) then an antihistamine, like Benadryl, might work, but be warned that for some people, it makes them even more hyper/wakeful.
Plus, the melatonin (if you cna get it) is completely non-addicitive.
