If 1 + 1 = 2,
2 = 1 + 1
So 2 + 2 = (1 + 1) + (1 + 1)
a + a = 2a
2 + 2 = 2(1 + 1)
2 + 2 = 2 * 2
2 + 2 = 4

It could be 2+2=4, 3+3=6, 4+4=8, and 5+5=10 or 2+2=4, 8,16,32. It's a good mental exercise but that's all. It has no meaning in most of everyday living. Good Luck

if 1+1gives out one two and you have to get the addition of two two's then add 2 one's to 2 two's so the answer would be

well quite simple....
if we can just go 2 + 2 = 4....then we can pretend 2 is a variable and use algebra
EQ1.
1 + 1 = 2
EQ2.
2 + 2 = x
EQ1 sub into EQ2.
(1 + 1) + (1 + 1) = x
x = 4
