That is a matter of opinion. Often I find vibrato, especially in voices, to be very distracting. But one reason for calling for it is to make a note more interesting when a tone must be held for some time. It also disguises the slight variations in the pure tone that would be more obvious if the vibrato were not there.

nicely, dazzling now I play a Clarinet and that they are kinda' exciting. yet in my band classification that's prety commonplace. What i prefer to play is the Saxaphone. they are in simple terms so jazzy and funky. additionally i prefer to play the guitar and so do all of my different friends because of the fact of its attractiveness. So...yeah.
