A couple summers ago, I learned not to keep catfood outside. Walked out the front door and there on the porch were 7 small pairs of eyeballs and a bigger pair of eyeballs. Raccoons! They were as scared as me.

Yes I have. We have kangaroos here in the fringe of the subsurbs and one time I took my cousin visiting frm overseas to see them down the road. It was dark at the time and I saw a few behind a fence along the road so I turned and park up on the dirt near the fence. I pointed my car towards the fence and then...
I put on my high beam and there there were - hundreds of pairs of "glowing" eyes lit up...

I saw only about four when I was driving past.

They just looked at us for several seconds and casually hopped away.

When I was Police Officer I had an alarm call in the middle of the night, it was pouring rain, and I stepped out to check the door to the business that was in a darken alley. All of a sudden a pack of wild dogs came bolting down at me from off the hill, and chewed me pretty bad. My clothes looked like I had been ship wrecked!...

Yeah, I was walking along a highway late at night several years ago and I came face to face with a small fox. At first I thought it was a chihuahua, but when I got closer I realized it was a fox. It wasn't afraid of me, it just kept staring at me. I chased it into the woods off the highway so it wouldn't get killed by a car.

was walking in Oregon one night when a small group of skunks crossed my path---and they were completely unafraid. One stood up and faced me and lifted his tail. I did a perfect about-face and smoothly walked away. Am told this is what is known as being "bluffed" by a skunk.

cool question, have a star

I just saw a deer in the road but it was dead. It takes a special kind of idiot to hit a deer on a road lined with streetlights with a 35 mph speed limit.

yes. There is a bobcat that lives under my neighbors shed. I was outside getting something out of the car one night and ran upon her. I think I scared her more than she scared me.

Yeah....I was hiking when I came face to face with a buffalo. Let's just say, those things aren't friendly.
