Most CSUs will transfer very little from Professional/Technical schools like DeVry, because most of these types of schools do not have general education requirements (english, writing, humanities, etc.) offered. If you have any questions about the transferability of the Technical credits, contact CSULA about them. They will be able to tell you for sure what they will take.

Definitely go to the community college. The CSUs have articulation agreements with them and will accept the units, not to mention that it is a lot cheaper and usually at least as good quality. I don't know of any articulation agreements with Devry.

You have to check. I tend to say no for Devry and maybe a few courses for the Comunity College.

It seems such as you're a clever cookie and a dedicated scholar. SDSU gets a bad rep because of the fact that's infamous as a occasion college. there are assorted human beings there who do no longer put in the attempt and are extra fascinated interior the infamous darkish component to school existence. there became right into a extensive drug bust there final semester additionally, which solid a popular shadow around the campus. yet there are assorted sturdy scholars there too and that i've got trouble-loose a number of who've graduated with honors and who did no longer get in touch in any college scandals. It seems such as you are the latter form to me. i think of you may do superb there. i do no longer understand something approximately long coastline different than the area, it fairly is a few thing of a sister city to San Diego (comparable format, web content, and demographic i think of). i think of that's going to return all the way down to what you particularly desire to pursue, you will make friends at the two place and that i understand from adventure that there is a lot to do and notice in San Diego (the section around SDSU is trouble-loose as "the college section" and is its own microcosm). long coastline is advantageous too, and is close to to la, yet i do no longer understand if i may well be prepared to handle the site visitors each and all of the time or the shortcoming of honestly seashores. sturdy success with besides the fact which you be certain. ^_^
