For general eating with cereal, coffee etc. I say fat free skim. To cook for others, go the whole way with full cream milk.

depends on your health and body of course! lol who doesnt love full cream milk right?but if u need to lose weight u can just settle for low fat it almost has the same taste so no big deal :) u can just have another full cream milk after losing weight as a reward..u know once in a while :P

Regular vitamin D milk. I use it for cooking a lot of different boxed meals that call for water. It just makes things taste better.
