Wow, looks great!
I'm just not familiar w/ the Coolmax 500W eps. If it is ATX V2.01 or V2.2, then it is OK because these versions have dual +12V rails. Your set up will rely mostly on the +12V rail. If it is lacking in amps, you might have a problem powering the 8800GTS w/c is a 103 watter.

Looks like a great rig except I would recommend you get a fan to go on the front of that case as it looks like theres a spot for one and I'm always squeamish around cases that don't have any fans in the front as I theorize that the airflow tends to be all in the back of the case with stagnant hot hair sitting around the hard drives. They just cost like $6 though so no worries.
