Such a condition caused by circumcision would be called a webbed or trapped penis. When too much skin is removed the skin would pull the penis into the pubic area.
Although that is a possible risk when too much skin is removed, your size shows that you aren't affected by that.
The average erect size is 6 inches for an adult.
Advice? Stop worrying. Worrying fixes nothing. Any girl that complains about that size is ...way... too shallow and not worth it. =)

In most cases circumcision will have no effect on the size of your penis. Skin is stretchier than one might think, though in rare cases, circumcision can remove so much skin that there isn't enough skin to "grow" in. This could lead to painful erections and a smaller penis in that one can't get a full erection without pain (not because one's penis can't grow any more due to the limited skin).
In your case it won't be an issue, unless you're starting to have painful erections where the skin is stretched too tight. At age 15 and 6.5 inches, you're just above average anyway, so even if it doesn't grow any more (which it might not naturally) you shouldn't worry about your size.
If being circumcised really hindered penis growth, then all circumcised guys would have shorter penises (on average) and all uncircumcised guys would have longer penises (on average); and this simply isn't true.

Circumcision will NOT affect the growth of your penis and at 6.5 inches you are already above average by about an inch! Circumcised men enjoy better hygiene, comfort, appearance to women, self-esteem and FAR better sexual sensation for both themselves and their female partner(s) during intercourse, so BE GLAD AND PROUD THAT YOU ARE CIRCUMCISED. Now get on and enjoy your life and stop worrying about such nonsense!

Actually in some religions circumsizion (is that how u spell it? anyhow) is supposed to make it longer i guess to pleasure the women. And another thing 6.5 is pretty big 4 a 15 year oldmost(MEN's) sizes is 4-5 in sounless ur exagerating than ur perfectley fine and it wont stun ur growth. The mans size is because a womans vagina avg. siza is 4-5 in so dont worry ur fine and an erect penis is6in long for future reference

Your circumcision will not effect your total length. A cicumcision is the removal of the foreskin and doest effect the shaft or glands.
No supplement or herb or exercise will make you bigger.
Remaining lean, and trimming hair will show you off to you rbest advantage, but you wont be longer. Surgery can basically make you bigger, by cutting some support ligaments, but your unit wont work as well and your nickname will be frankenstein.

The for-epidermis that they decrease off with circumcision does no longer result the upward thrust of your penis. you have room to strengthen in case you will strengthen. It appears like your penis is already the size of a common grownup mans penis, so which you haven't any longer something to stress approximately.

stop with the worry, you are probably as big as you are going to get...and even if you grow a little more, the skin will grow with it. I was the same way, too tight, but with time, it will loosen up.

Yes, it can make a difference, sadly. See a question posted today by a guy who had this problem: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AnRw.KUvU8sNH0sf8GygoQzaxQt.?qid=20070515070130AAgFvkC
The good news is that size does not matter anyway. And even if it did, you're above average adult size.

No it doesn't mean that it can't or wont grow.I am sorry that you were circumcised, that is an issue you will have to take up with the people who decided to have you mutilated though. It will not affect your overall size but,it could cause painful erections once you hae stopped growing.Good luck
