Take your best swing at it, if you don't hit it this time, more will come. Don't give up. That's when the game gets boring.

It's only one of the three pitches you will get a shot at. If you don't swing, you'll never know whether you could have hit it. Even worse, the pitcher will see your lack of action as a sign of weakness and throw it again.
Why not swing? The worse that can happen is you strike out.
But now you can see it coming and will know what to expect which will make you stronger the next time your up to bat!

anyway life is a game and risks are like the last 2 minutes in a basketball game, you never know if it´s gonna make it but it´s worth the try! =D

If your american dont miss 3 of them
if your british then you'l know how hard it is trying to hit it back with a significantly smaller rounders bat !! But do your best to swing at it until you hit it and hit the bowler straight in the kisser ! it's all you can do ! If after trying to hit it and you keep missing try and run to first base anyway !!

That question, raises the question.
'To You What Is a CURVE BALL'.
