Italy did not. It was along with Germany, Spain & Japan called the Axis powers, where USA, Britain, France & Russia were refered to as "Allies". Only some of the Allied forces had occupational zones in Germany.

FYI - Italy was allied with Adolf until they surrendered in 1943 (and German troops occupied parts of Italy almost until the end of the war, putting up a strong battle). They Allies were harldy going to include Italian troops into the occupation zones in germany.

Italy did not, as they were part of the original Tri-Partite Pact of Germany, Italy and Japan (These 3 countries were all allied against the US, Britiain, Soviets among others).

Italy. Now you answer me... You could not find the answer to that question yourself? Did not the concept of "occupation" make you stop to think the nations occupying Germany actually had to have troops there to occupy it?

Or are you just studying for a test and too lazy to look things up yourself?
