My house used to have wall to wall carpeting, until one day, I noticed that I kept itching, and so did my guests that would come around. We couldn't figure out what it was that was making us itch all the time. So my aunt told me that I should get my carpet cleaned. Well, I decided that I would take her up on her offer. The first thing the cleaning service did when they came into my house was to take a sample of my carpet. It turns out that I had carpet mites that were breeding in my carpet because there was no fresh air that was able to circulate because it was wall to wall carpeting. After that, I haven't had a scrap of carpet on my floors since.

yes, the only non carpeted room in my house is the bathroom it sux having carpet in the kitchen but thankfully i just rent the house i would never buy one like that

No, wood and tile in most of the house, but there is carpet in the bedrooms.

It feels like floors, walls and ceilings when I get done with the vacuum. My back is about broke! I ordered a new vacuum today. It's as light as a feather, and you have to tie your dog down, it's so good at sucking up pet hair! Wish me luck!!
