if i wear a jockstrap under my compression shorts and then wear my football pants, will the straps like stand out or be visible??

It totally depends on the football pants.
If you have the new "Luster" or "Fancy" grade pant...yes, lines will show.

If you have the practice type "Russel" or the "sand knit"...no, they cover loosely at the hips.

It also depends on the girdle you use...if you use the standard belted, 3-pad, girdle theres nothing else to cover you.
If you have the pocketed, padded trouser girdle...thats another layer over those "straps".

But ya know what?
It really doesn't matter as long as you focus on the game and not on how you look.

No, because I do it all the time for football. Then I bought Under Armour compression shorts that have the hole for the cup to go into and the hip pads.

Why would you need both compression shorts and a jock strap? One or the other would serve the purpose very well.

No, only if you look close enough. The only problem with that is that is that your skin will be marked for a while.
