Wood-glue in between pieces of wood needs a long time to dry, and blowing on the outside does not speed it. Taking shorter time and putting stress on it before it is dry is not a good idea either.
If you need to work on your wood before the glue is completely dry you will need to use a different glue.
Ask a good wood seller what to use, as brands and types differ per country, (and I am not in yours.)

If you need to work on your project but will not put stress on the join, a shorter time than recommended will often be enough.
If it is a big surface that is glued, half the time, a smaller, more critical join, three quarters of the time at least.
(So if you glue as last thing in the evening, you can work on early afternoon, if you have a big join, and early evening, if the join is small.)

Fast Drying Wood Glue

It will help to an extent but some glues are not supposed to be exposed to heat for a long time and if it cures to fast it may crack. If you need the glue to dry fast I would suggest using a fast drying glue. A fast dry epoxy or polyurethane glue might be best try looking into one of those.
