It seems like a good 90% of the shirts in the juniors dept come with a hood attached.

This fad started in NYC and quickly worked its way across the United States. The reason behind the hood is that fashion designers realized that most girls are extremely ugly and wanted to give them something to cover up with.

yeah some t-shirts have a hood and kangaroo pocket that can fit half a hand...wtf? But there are some left that are just shirts you just have to look harder
