left ear-3 right ear-4 (regular holes + cartilage).
i always wear little silver hoops in 2 of my 3 regular holes + my cartilage. when i'm in the mood, i put in a cute pair in my 3rd hole.

I have two holes in each ear but I only wear one earring in each ear. I have a really nice pair of diamond earrings and I think it looks gaudy to have too much going on. I did have my ear pierced in the cartilage at one time. I actually loved the love but my ear was so infected that I would stand it any longer and finally took it out.

I have one hole in each ear of course but never wear earings! I'm a girl but I play a lot of sports.

I have my ears pierced twice in each ear and were earrings in both holes.

I have 5 holes in my left ear, including the cartiledge. And 4 in my right. I barely wear earrings at all, I used to and then they started falling out, and I never replaced them!

1 in each hole. Yes, I wear a two matching earrings in each hole when I wear them. Now that's livin on the edge. :)

Just once in each ear. Often hoops, or what ever I feel goes with what I am wearing.

i have 3 in each ear.... i wear hoops in the first hole and in the other 2 i wear tiny tiny studs

7x left ear, 3x right ear...& yep i wear earrings in all the holes, usually just small studs...
