You don't say how old you are?Acting is role playing. Your library would have books.Do you play act at school? If you are old enough, join a Repertory company, and learn that way. I did that in England when I was sixteen. No pay but I got my board and food paid for.I have been in many Amateur musicals and plays. Never thought about it as a career. Too hard. But if you have a film studio near your home, you may get part in crowd scene etc. That may lead to something better. Good luck.

Join community theatre or your school drama club! It's fun, and when you get older if you really feel the need to "learn" how to act , get into a class, although acting is easy enough.

You don't teach yourself how to act. You are born with that desire and that need in your soul. If you can't act naturally, just stop wasting your time. If you are too young to get lessons, then just focus on school like you should be doing. Oh and, if your parents cared, they'd be helping you with this. Not strangers on a Q and A website.
