Hello Sungal, here is how to tell the difference, if your wearing a short skirt and with your arms at your side, if your fingertips fall below the skirt, it's a micro mini, the the skirt falls below your finger tips, it's a mini skirt.

A micro mini comes down just below the butt. It could be mistaken as a long shirt if it is a dress. A mini comes down a little farther, about halfway between the knees and butt.
