Good news does that all the time,, Techno Music is also a very good medicine for bad mood, Yahoo answers does a good job too, a good comment from a girl, Good food, Air Conditioner, Quran, a phone call from an old friend, good health after sickness, a raise or promotion at work.

im in an awesome mood when i am playing softball, which i love to do! im good at it and so when i succeed i feel accomplished. So my advice to you is to find something you love to do that you an get credit for from other people because when people notice how good you are at something and tell you about it then you can have a reason to keep doing it and it makes you feel good!

You're a great question asker....btw....I think that having my fav meal...when people don't say no when you ask them to go do something fun like go to the zoo, have a picnic, go fishing, go to the beach (i.e. being agreeable), a kind call at work, love note in my lunch, a morning kiss, a get home from work kiss, being told I'm handsome, parts that fit together, testing that goes right, hugs from the kids, hearing "I love you Daddy"
