Who here feels a...magic, mystical sort of attraction to them? I know this sounds weird, but I am drawn to them by something in my soul...in a mysterious sense? How about you? Are there any animals you are particularly drawn to?

They are calling you... they are your animal guides. That is the "myserious attraction" you feel. They have guidance to give, and hope that you will work with them. Meditating will help you connect with them better if you so choose to heed the call. Nothing will "happen" to you if you choose not to listen... they will still be there if and whenever you decide.
Yes, I am drawn to hawks, crows, bats, dogs, horses, moths, frogs, and and caterpillars. Sometimes wolf and sometimes bear.
For each person the connection will be a little different, but there are some general "meanings" for each animal's purpose in choosing to be part of your life. There is a book... called Animal Speak, by Ted Andrews, that you might be interested in reading to get more information on this. ;)

Dolphins and wolves have so many characteristics similar to ours, it's hard not to feel some kinship with them. They have family units, intense loyalty to their partner, respect for the elder or larger members, eat basically the same food we do, and appear to like humans back. Tigers I'm not sure about. I have worked with dolphins in rehab, and I have trained dogs, so I am drawn to both. At this point in time, I'm not near the ocean, so dogs are my animal of choice.

Wolves and tigers, yeah, not so much with the dolphins. Also, I like sharks and snakes. I'm probably drawn to those things because of how powerful and dangerous they are and the way they carry themselves shows off that power.

yes dolphins and wolves, dogs, lizards, and even the mythical dragon.
now this seems to be because they know what we are thinking espousal dolphins and some animals have a healing power. maybe its the mental healing of interaction or a Chemical they just have or its a sense of love. this is something that can not be proven by science but only in someone's hart.

Dolphins. I had a wild one approach me once as I was swimming in the Gulf of Mexico. It wanted to play. It nudged my feet.

You freakin just described why im attracted to dolphins!!!! I believe that i may have been connected to them in one of my past lives!!!!

They are all animals, no different from Chimpanzees, dogs, cats or humans. If you met a wolf or tiger in the wild, it would kill and eat you.
I suggest you learn more about them if you are interested in them. They are interesting creature even with out the magic mumbo-jumbo.
