I heard today. That she is writing an 8th book!
does anyone know if this is true?

I do not believe that is true. She has always said that all the questions will be answered by the end of DH. She has said that she might do a Harry Potter Encyclopedia.

She has confirmed that harry potter 7 is the last & afterwards she is going to write children stories!

She has already said many times that there won't be an eighth book. However, in the end of book 7 apparently the last chapter is something like a epilouge
