Yesterday I just brought 19'inches viewsonic monitor but there is a problem. I am having problem with view texts. Texts are not smooth and clear. When I open internet explore, on the menu I can't see clear texts of File, Edit or more.

I changed screen resulotion but texts are still dark and not smooth and clear to view. They kind of dark.

I set as 1280 by 1024 pixels

I would bet the resolution is 1280x1024, try that first.
Then try the "AUTO" adjust.
What model is it?

Change the resolution in Display Properties to match the native resolution of your monitor.
