If so, how often in a day? I probably do it 20 times a day or more.
I hate when people say something that they obviously mean to be funny, I never know what to say so I always just smile.

i have alot of friends who crack me up so i hardly ever do the fake smile routine. but i have been around my friends parents who try to be funny and tell a really bad or dirty joke. since i cant laugh i flash a fake smile and it seems to do the job. i would say...4 or 5 times aday. give or take a few lol

I do it 24-7. Actually I don't just "fake" smile when ppl are dumb and try to act funny but I do it when I'm sad/mad and I don't want ne one to know. So I just put on a fake smile and hope no one notices.

i'm probably 80/20 on the fake smiling...
i spend the majority of my day at work, with people i don't really care for, so what are ya gonna do?

LOL I do it every day at work LOL. I work in retail. I always fake laugh at peoples jokes also some people are just not funny.

i just do not smile when someone is not funny and looking at my face they see that it was not funny and start talking about something else
