DVD help..?

If i burn a divx file into a dvd, am i able to play it in a dvd player or should i convert my video into another format?

Depends on how you did it and/or with what program.

If you just burned it as data, it'll only play on DIVX certified players.

If you burned it as DVD Video (i.e. automatic conversion) then it'll play in all DVD players.
