I think you need to some a lot more research on the process. Do you think you just write a screen play and buy some stamps? I don't know anything about writing, but I know most industry people will not read unsolicited material, that way they can never be accused of copying someones idea. Why do you care so much about Sissy Spacek? If you can get an agency to read it and they like it, then maybe you can get it circulated. Good luck.

They are responsible for finding projects for their clients.

Try to get a Literary Agent. He or she will be able to submit the script to Sissy's agent.
