sleep walking or sleep talking? I think sleep walking would be worse.

Lol......yeah, I agree......sleep walking would be worse.......you might bang into something or fall down the stairs! But I've never heard anyone do that (lol). Good question! :)

Sleep walking. I sleep talk and sleep laugh at least once a week. I used to sleep walk as a kid, I would get up. Knock on doors, walk down the stairs, very scary for my parents.
Now I just laugh alot and I guess pretty loudly when I sleep.

They'd both be embarrassing but I guess I'd have to go with Sleep Walking aswell. My mom's friend's sister's daughter ( lol ) sleep walks and she says sometimes she wakes up in the middle of the night and her daughter will be standing right next to her bed and is always crying saying their trying to kill her.

Sleep walking. You could get hurt. Unless you're a top secret spook, then sleep talking could get you into A LOT of trouble!!!!!

Sleep walking would definitely be more hazardous to your health than sleep talking.
