Is it still a binding agreement?

If you can be legally identified by your stage name & you mention this fact that you are using the stage name for the purpose of the said contract where as your real name is other then this stage name & even mention your real name for any clarifications of doubts in the contract itself then such an agreement/contract will be valid & legally binding for all purpose.

Whenever you sign any contract use your legal name not stage name, even famous people use there real names for legal documents,contracts, etc
