This is a horror, thriller, and maybe action movie. The plot of the movie was about a possible deformed Vietnam Vet who stalked possible military doctors in the woods. He kills them one by one i.e. poisonous bee/wasp sting, one by electrocution, one being cooked in a wooden post/cabin. There was one that survived. The deformed man may have a sibling, but it's a little iff.
This movie came out prior to 1996. It's been a long time since this movie has been seen. The plot/setting ma be a little iffy. If anyone knows what the name of this movie is, holla at me.

That's not quite it...
According to m roommate the person doing the attacking is taking out some kind of revenge on these men. Kick me if I'm wrong but the deformed guy at one time could've been saved by these men, but they chose to let him die.

Close... but instead of the desert, it's in the woods. My roommate said the 4 guys were on some kind on camping trip when the deformed man decided to attack.

Sounds a little like Surviving the Game. 1994. Ice Cube has a deformity from a fire, he is in the woods with some guys who plan to hunt him. Gary Busey is a doctor. Ice kills them all but one as he escapes. Also has Rutger Haur, F. Murray Abraham. Sorry if that's not it.
