it's predominately white chicks that do it, but i've noticed an increase in phony black chicks doing it too....
women from other countries don't do this...
it's very annoying...

It may be all in your head . You shouldn't generalize.Not every woman in America talks like that.Some women have quite voices,smooth voices, husky voices, etc. I'm sure you haven't even met every woman in America. And whats annoying to you may not be annoying to the next person.
I own a passport and we dont care if youve been around the world. Would you like a medal for that or how about a hand clap?
