Well my happiness tends to be centered around my mood when I awaken which most of the time is very good. What reduces my happiness is when I think about how lonely my life has become. So in my mind I try not to think about all of the years sleeping alone. It could be worse, I could be married and unhappy. Exercise plays a vital role in reducing my level of stress which in turn makes me accept my self as I am. Lately it is walking but during the Winter skiing makes me feel good. It makes all of the hard work seem worth while because I tend to reach my goals when I set them. Happiness to me is having a purpose in life. I wish there was more but I have never found love and I question sometimes whether or not it really exists.

I wear it underneath everything else, and I've never really understood why. There seems to be a sort of comfort in being sad and when I'm happy I'm almost afraid of it.....

my happiness is always in helping the needy and the poor. my mom always tought me that every body helps there where the wealth is,but you dont do this.you always choose the needy and the poor who is realy needs a help,dont see the poor or rich,must help the needy.i dont help those who are lasy and have enough resorts to live.through this i get the dress of happiness and i wear it with satisfaction.
