I tried IP release/renew under run: cmd on the start menu
I unplugged my cable cord, nothing happenned
what else can i do?

cant do anything..
or format and change your router..which i will not recomend..
dont risk ur computer for one stupid site..there are billions others..

If your on a cable or dsl connection the only way to change your ip is to contact your service provider and ask them to change it.
Cable and dsl ip's are static but they sometimes change them about every 6 months.
If you have a telephone connection then your ip address changes every time you connect to the net.
You can also hook up a router that will change your ip address too.
You must have done something against their rules so if you do manage to get back on be more careful next time.

change the ipaddres or use a different ip series or from a different pc you can acces the site what ever you want.

contact the owner of the website,,, ask them to unban your ip address

use another computer- your IP address is tied to the computer you have been using.
