You need to purchase a TV Tuner Card (Internal) or USB TV Tuner Box (External) to watch TV on your computer, check with your computer hardware vendor if internal Card is supported by your system or purchase a external one.

Although your product comes with an instruction manual, anways i will try to explain the installation process in my own way.

::--- Setup Instructions ---::

1) Install a TV Tuner Card (Internal) or plug the USB TV Tuner Box in your computer using the required USB port mentioned on the product. (External).

2) Connect an input feed to the TV Tuner Card or Box (USB). This can be an antenna or cable connection.

3) Set up the Audio Connection. Most (but not all) TV devices require a cable directly linking the TV device and the sound card. If your device requires such a link, connect the cable. This is usually done through the sound card's Line-In connection or internal Auxiliary connection.

4) Install drivers for the TV Tuner Card. Refer to instructions that come with your TV Tuner Card. You may also want to install the video application that comes with your TV Tuner Card and test to make sure it works.

5) After you have installed the drivers and video application, you need to set some video settings in the video player depending upon your country like NTSC or PAL and some region informations.

6) Restart your video player, now you can set your channels and conduct other operations which is given in your product manual.

7) Congratulations, you have successfully installed & configured a TV Tuner Card on your computer system.

Hope it helps.Good Luck!!

Some versions of Vista & all versions of XP MCE have the "Media Center" feature which facilitates TV viewing ......... HOWEVER .... neither is exclusive nor singularly a guarantee of TV viewing capability without a TV tuner card ( hardware).

Tell us specifically about your PC make & model (& if you upgraded to Vista) & we will tell you more.

you need a tv tuner(hardware) to convert the signal from your cable or antenna etc. into your computer. If you have a newer computer check to see if it is already installed a lot of newer ones are including that.
