you seem to want variety in color, so I would suggest 3 or 4 female bettas and a dwarf frog or cory cat. you can get each female betta in a different color and even different fin types. I love the way a tank of female bettas looks. just make sure you add one or two silk plants, bettas like to rest in them.

btw, female bettas are NOT dull or colorless. they are just as colorful as males, their tails are just shorter. you can even buy them online for pretty cheap at petco if your pet store doesn't carry females:

the reason I suggest these is because most of the fish you suggested are schooling fish, so you'd really only be able to have few fish fish one type. pretty cookie cutter in my opinion.

I would suggest 3-4 male guppies and maybe a dwarf frog. No barbs, tetras (other than neons) or rasboras as they need plenty of swimming room and need to be in a group.

Kylie's answer of female bettas is also a great idea!

I would get a school of 5 neon tetras. They are small and they add color to your tank. If you don't want that, how about a pair of guppies, a pair of platies, and a dwarf frog? The barb will nip the fins of everything else, unless you want 2-3 barbs in one tank.

1 betta and a pleco would be nice. Betta's are beautiful and they are fun to watch. They swim high, low, left, right, rest on the bottom, etc. Feed them pellets once a day, and Hikari blood worms every few days as a treat. A pleco will do well to keep your algae in check. hope this helps!

try 3-4 tiger barbes. they come in tiger stripes and albino(orange) and green.. they are very cute and they are very active. but that tank is so small almost any fish will not be happy in there. the stress rate in anytank that small is very high and will result in the death of many fish...
