i have a couple seeds that are about to grow the stem and i was wodering if clown loaches eat plants??/ok thanks for your time

They probably won't, but if they're hungry, then they will. Try getting sinking algae wafers made for loaches so that he'll eat those.

one of my clownloaches(the smallest and newest one) munches on plants..and my java fern has holes everywhere from something munching on it. I have a 5" loach, a 4" one and a 2" one in my tank(60 gallon planted)

no they won't they generally graze on small crustaceans or snails on the plants in the aquarium, there mouths are set as bottom feeders and there barbels are used to route out blood worm and stuff like that in river beds.

No, they wont unless you just starve them, Clown's are omnivorous, but prefers meaty food, and not vegetables.
