That website has a picture of a food chain. Tiger Sharks would be very high in the food chain, falling second to only sharks of greater mass + ferocity, aka. The Great White shark. Actually, on the foodchain, Tiger Sharks are literally second to the Great White Shark in terms of human fatality numbers.

In hand to hand combat, yes, any of those animals would have a distinct advantage. They all have sharp claws and/or large teeth that would rip us to shreds in seconds, but humans aren't the top of the food chain because of our ability to compete in the same manner as the other predators mentioned. We have an unfair and dominating advantage in the ability to create and utilize complicated machines whose sole purpose is to kill. This control of technology gives us the distinct advantage that makes humans the top of the food chain.
